Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all Falcon Business Solutions projects, subscriptions and payments.

Scope of work

Every project starts with a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted and billed separately.

Project payments

One-time project plans are billed as 50% advance and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans ($29/month) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime. Major redesigns, new features, new automations, AI/API usage and third-party service charges are billed separately.

Timelines

Estimated timelines assume timely feedback and content from your side. Delays in inputs shift delivery dates accordingly.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered website, workflows and content. We retain rights to our reusable internal tooling.

Refunds

Amounts for work already completed are non-refundable. Unused subscription months are not charged after cancellation.

Support

Support periods included with each plan cover bug fixes and minor updates, not new feature development.
